- School and class data configured by administrators (class names, car groups, rosters).
- Operational data required for the service (e.g., student status updates: waiting, called, picked up).
- Device/usage data such as browser type and approximate region (via standard server logs).
How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the service, including real-time classroom updates.
- Secure authentication and role-based access (viewer, caller, admin).
- Improve reliability, performance, and support.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., hosting and authentication) who process it on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and as required by law.
Security

Data Retention
Operational data is retained while your school uses the service or as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Administrators may request deletion of school data.
Children’s Privacy
Students do not create accounts. The service displays limited student information for operational purposes to authorized staff only.
