Use of Service
- You must be an authorized staff member of a participating school to access administrative features.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and school policies.
- You will not misuse the Service, attempt to access data without authorization, or disrupt operations.
Accounts and Roles
Access is role-based (viewer, caller, admin) and assigned by school administrators. You are responsible for safeguarding your school account.
Content and Data
Schools are responsible for the accuracy of roster and class data. We process operational data to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and Changes
We may update or discontinue features from time to time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or at a school’s request. Upon termination, certain provisions survive, including those regarding data, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
